The Kairos Conference and Retreat Center in New York is a single - level facility that contains 20 guest rooms with private bath, air conditioning and WiFi. The building includes a St. Francis of Assisi Garden for private meditation or reflection, a library, children's play room and other small group areas. The Conference & Retreat Center features two meeting areas: the Great Room and the Agape Room. The Great Room is shared by all groups in attendance, for meals and community events. 

The Great Room has a fireplace with a lounge area. It can also accommodate 
several break-out groups as needed, and is used as a worship center.  In the dining area adjacent to the kitchen, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water are available throughout the day.  

The Agape Room is an intimate meeting room at Koinonia with a fireplace. It seats up to 40 people and can be used for relaxation, education, fellowship, activities, worship and devotions.  The space also has a convenient coffee area with a dining table for four, and kitchen counter with a small refrigerator.  

Bedrooms are arranged in two hallways. The 100 wing has 8 bedrooms and the 200 wing has 12 bedrooms. Some rooms may also serve as meeting rooms. Most rooms are arranged with one double bed and one queen bed; three rooms have three beds. Each room has direct outdoor access, along with private restrooms and showers, and there are four rooms which are accessible for guests with disabilities.
